Nadine Keahon
Richard E Bricker, MNAA
Richard "Rich" Bricker is a San Mateo, CA native and and attended Serra High School prior to attending UC Davis for his undergraduate studies. Rich began his career in Residential Real Estate Appraisal in 2001 in San Francisco. In 2002, he moved his business to Rocklin, California and also became a Real Estate Broker in 2004 with Bricker Real Estate. Rich has been a Placer County resident since 2001 including Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln and Loomis. In his spare time, Rich enjoys camping, golf, fishing and watching his kids play water polo and volleyball.
Rich has performed over 12,000 residential appraisals in the Greater Sacramento and San Francisco Bay Area and has provided valuable insight to his clients in terms of current, retrospective and prospective market analysis of residential real property. Rich has also provided expert witness testimony in Placer and Sacramento County Courts over the past 10 years.
Rich is a California Certified Residential Appraiser who is approved with many large and small lenders, banks, and financial institutions. He is also proud to be on the Veterans Administration (VA) panel and the FHA panel of approved appraisers. Rich is also a member of The National Association of Appraisers (NAA) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
Collette M. Wieclaw
Collette joined our firm in December 2018 to assist with order management and customer service details and has proven to be a fantastic asset to the firm with numerous compliments from clients and lenders throughout her time with Bricker Appraisals. In early 2022, Collette decided to enter education requirements to obtain her Appraiser Trainee license and successfully completed her courses in May 2022 and is now an experienced Appraiser Trainee.
Collette Wieclaw has been a resident of Placer County for nearly 20 years and within the greater Sacramento region for nearly 30 years. Collette started her career in the IT Industry and then Project Management; therefore, her background has prepared her well for her residential appraisal career!
Nadine Keahon
Nadine spent 25+ years in upper management, working for two of the largest Tech companies in their Operations organizations, writing policies and procedures and managing the systems used to manage back office functions. She has worked part-time for our company over the last year as she tries to get her movie-screenwriting career off the ground.
