Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My brothers and I used Rich's Appraisal service for our mother's home. Rich was very thorough and professional. I will recommend Bricker Appraisals to any of my friends if needed.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They were great. Rich was able to get me in with a very quick turnaround, very professional, detailed, and even worked after hours to get my report done by a deadline. I would highly recommend them for any future appraisal you need on your property. 5 Stars!!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This appraisal was completed as an exterior-only/drive-by appraisal without an interior inspection of the home, which is disclosed in the report itself. In my opinion, that significantly limited the usefulness and reliability of the appraisal for a high-value property involved in a divorce matter. Considering the cost of the appraisal, I was disappointed with the scope of work performed and would not personally recommend these services.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I telephoned Rich Bricker for an appraisal appointment needed within a very short time frame. He agreed, showed up for appt as scheduled. He toured the house with a tablet PC. Very organized efficient and attentive.
He then finished and personally delivered to my home the report 2days before the requested completion date!
I highly recommend his service!
