DeVanté Iman Winn is new to the world of Real Estate Appraisal as a trainee but, DeVanté has had a wealth of experiences outside of real estate. After high school DeVanté served in the Army for 4 years at Ft. Myer, honoring fallen service members at Arlington National Cemetery. DeVanté decided not to re-enlist but instead pursued an education for his passion, music. He was accepted to the San Francisco Conservatory of Music and learned a lot until the 2020 pandemic. DeVanté is still involved with various music projects and is an avid bowler, even getting first place in a Yuba City tournament. DeVanté then went down another career path: real estate. By the end 2021 DeVanté earned his trainee certificate in Real Estate Appraisal and started being mentored by Rich Bricker.
